    Busy Days is an app for everyday life management. It helps you stay on top of family chores, calendar events, and daily tasks - all in one place.

  • How can I access the app?

    Click the “Go to app” button in the top corner of the page. You can use the app either through your browser or by installing it from the Google Play Store.

  • Where is my data stored?

    Busy Days operates entirely within Europe. All user information is securely hosted on servers located in Finland, while we utilize the French AI platform Mistral to enhance our app’s functionality. We strictly adhere to European GDPR standards, ensuring your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

    Our online store is built using Paddle. You can access their privacy policy here.

  • How is AI used in the app?

    We utilize Mistral AI to analyze events extracted from text. Protecting your data privacy is our top priority, and we do not use your data to train any AI models. If you prefer to opt out of AI tool usage, please inform us, and we may consider adding this option in the future.

  • Where can I leave feedback or suggestions?

    You have full ownership of your data and can delete your account along with all stored information directly through the app. Alternatively, you can request data removal for both your account in the application and this store by using this from.

Subscriptions

  • Can I use Busy Days for free?

    Every user is granted complimentary access to a single feature within the application. Additionally, you may explore the full range of app features during a 14-day trial period. To maintain uninterrupted access to all functionalities beyond this trial, a subscription is required.

  • Can I get a refund on my order?

    We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund at any time using this form.

    The lifetime subscription is eligible for a full refund within 30 days after the purchase.

  • How can I change my subscription plan?

    You can change your subscription type by selecting “View plans” from the app settings.

    With groups, you can effortlessly share chores and events with your family and friends. Simply create a group and invite your loved ones to participate. Each group member may have their own Busy Days subscription to manage personal tasks, or access the app through group member permissions to view the shared chores and events.

Chores

  • What is included in the Chores feature?

    The Chores feature keeps you and your family organized by managing daily tasks efficiently. It allows you to:

    - Set up chores with specific goals, recurrence schedules, and effort points

    - Share chores with your groups

    - Automatically schedule your daily chores based on past completion, goal frequency, and targeted effort points

    - View a projected completion date for each chore, calculated from your goals and previous activity

    - Monitor progress through a visual completion history chart

  • What is included in the Events feature?

    The Events feature makes it easier to manage all events and tasks in one place. With it you can:

    - Define different event and task types, as well as reminders and recurring schedules.

    - Share events with your group.

    - Create events automatically from text or files (e.g., screenshots).

    - Forward emails to the app to automatically create events.
